General entry for public events
If you have purchased a ticket for general entry to the public event you may cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.
If there are fewer than 7 days before the event is due to take place you can still apply for a refund of 50% of the value of the ticket.
Lack of players
Should a public event have fewer than 6 sign ups, we will have to cancel the event and notify you at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled date.
You will automatically receive a full refund.
Cancelling your group booking
You may cancel your entire booking up to 15 days before the event for a full refund, provided no bespoke items have been made for your event, such as customised medals.
Any bespoke or customised items for your event are non-refundable.
For example: an event booking for the 15th June can be cancelled at the latest on the 1st June 23:59:59.
If you cancel the entire booking with 14 days or fewer before the event, you are entitled to a 50% refund, excluding any bespoke items, as stated above.
Amending your group booking
You are welcome to amend your booking up to 2 days before the event.
Please contact us to amend your booking.
Players can be added for an additional fee or removed for a refund.
Bad weather
As Hunt Force is an outdoor game, we are at the mercy of the weather!
Should an event be cancelled due to bad weather, you will be entitled to a full refund, less any bespoke items for your event.
We will contact you on the day of the event, or sooner if possible, should we need to cancel the event.
We class bad weather as any heavy precipitation, including but not limited to: heavy rain, heavy snow, heavy hail, as determined by Weather.com.
